Privacy Policy

This page explains what we come into contact with when you visit the site or buy something. The principle is simple: collect only what delivery requires, and use it for nothing else.
1. The site itself does not track you
- These are static pages. There is no login, no tracking cookie, no third-party advertising or behavioural analytics script.
- Like every web server, ours records IP address, time and browser type in access logs for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. It is not used to build a profile of you.
- We do not collect your location, contacts, device identifiers or any biometric data.
2. What a purchase collects
At checkout the payment provider collects:
- Email address — to send the download link, the receipt and support replies
- Name and billing details — for a compliant receipt and for payment processing
- Payment details — card number, expiry and so on are handled directly by the provider and its acquirer. We never see or store your full card number.
- Country — to calculate applicable sales tax or VAT
All we can see on our side is the order record in the provider's dashboard: order number, product, amount, email, time and refund status. Nothing more.
3. What it is used for
- Delivering the digital files you bought
- Re-sending a link you have lost
- Handling refunds, support and technical questions
- Meeting tax and accounting record-keeping obligations
- In rare cases, telling you about a material change to a product you own (a security fix, for example)
Your email is never sold to a third party, never used for a bulk marketing campaign, and buying once is not treated as consent to be subscribed to anything.
4. Who else sees it
- The payment provider — Waffo. Waffo (waffo.ai) is a licensed third party that processes payments, tax and receipts as merchant of record and carries its own data-protection obligations; its privacy policy governs the checkout.
- The email service. Download links and support replies are sent through an email provider, so message contents and addresses pass through it.
- Legal requirements. We may have to provide order records where a competent authority makes a lawful request.
There is no fourth party.
5. International transfer
Payment and email processing may store data outside your country. That means your email address and order details can be transferred to servers in another jurisdiction. The providers we use make their own data-protection commitments, but you should know this before buying.
6. How long it is kept
- Order and receipt records: as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually several years.
- Support emails: at most two years after a question is resolved, so a repeat question has context.
- We do not delete your email address on our own initiative; we do so when you ask.
7. Your rights
Write to [email protected] at any time to ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct anything inaccurate
- delete your email address and contact details (except records we are legally required to keep)
- stop sending you any email
We reply within two business days and complete the request within thirty days of verifying who you are.
8. Children
These products are for adults and business operators. They are not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
Updates are published here with a new date at the top. If a change affects how your information is used, we will tell you at the address you purchased with.
