Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These terms cover every purchase of a 3Q Tools product made through getwold.com. Placing an order means you have read and accepted them. If you do not accept them, please do not order.

1. Who we are

3Q Tools is a small digital shop run by one individual, selling self-made software and spreadsheet templates. Payment collection, sales tax, invoices and receipts are handled by Waffo (waffo.ai), a licensed payment provider acting as merchant of record. Your payment counterparty is Waffo; the product is delivered to you by us. Refunds and payment disputes are handled jointly, and you may raise either with us first.

2. What you are buying

3. Licence

SheetKit (spreadsheet templates): you may use and modify these files in your own personal or commercial work, and share them with colleagues inside your own organisation. You may not resell them, redistribute them, upload them to a file-sharing service for others, or use them as the basis of a product you sell.

3Q PDF (PDF toolkit): released under the GNU AGPL-3.0 with the complete source included. You may use, modify and redistribute it under the terms of that licence. What you pay for is the pre-built executable, the documentation and email support — the licence itself is free. If you would rather build it yourself, build_exe.py is in the download.

Names: “3Q Tools” and “3Q PDF” identify this shop. If you distribute a modified version, please use a different name so users are not misled about its origin.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is”. We work to keep descriptions accurate and features working, but we do not warrant that a product is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for your particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data arising from the use of, or inability to use, a product. Total liability for any single transaction is limited to the amount you actually paid for that product.

One thing worth stating plainly: 3Q PDF is not code-signed, so Windows may show a SmartScreen warning on first launch. That is normal for any unsigned executable and does not indicate tampering. The complete source is inside the download so you can verify it yourself.

6. Prices and changes

The price shown at checkout governs. We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time, but completed purchases are unaffected: downloads and support for something you already bought do not stop because it was delisted.

7. Refunds

A seven-day no-questions refund applies. The conditions are in the Refund Policy.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use these products to create or distribute unlawful material, to forge documents or invoices, to fabricate transactions, or to evade tax or regulatory reporting. Where such use is found, we may terminate service without refund.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as products and regulations change; the current version is published here with the date above. Material changes are announced to the email address used at purchase. Changes do not affect transactions already completed.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised with us directly.

Write to [email protected]. We normally reply within two business days.
