Join several PDFs into one, pull out a page range, or cut a document into single pages. Everything runs inside this page on your own machine — no upload, no account, no watermark, and no "your file has been deleted in 24 hours" promise to take on faith.

.pdf · several files at once is fine · order matters for merging
Page numbers start at 1 and follow the order shown in the list. Splitting produces a zip so your browser does not have to ask permission for a dozen downloads. A password-protected PDF has to be unlocked first — the page will tell you if that is what went wrong.
Nearly every "free online PDF merger" uploads your document to a server and keeps it for a while. Most of the time that is fine. Sometimes it is a payslip, a contract or a medical report.
There is no upload endpoint on this page. Open your browser's network panel and watch: after the page has loaded, nothing else is sent. Pull the network cable and it still works.
The only ceiling is your own memory. A watermark is added on the server, so a tool that never sees your file cannot add one.
1-3,7,10-12 means what it looks like. Reversed ranges are corrected, duplicates are dropped, and out-of-range numbers are ignored instead of failing the whole job.
Yes, free and without a sign-up. There is no daily limit and no watermark. The catch is the obvious one: this page is here because people who merge PDFs sometimes need to do it in bulk, offline, with thirty other operations — and that is the paid product at the bottom of the page.
There is nothing to keep. The file is read from your disk into the tab's memory, transformed there, and written back to your downloads folder. Nothing is transmitted, so there is nothing on a server to delete.
Yes. Pages keep their original dimensions, so a mix of A4 and Letter stays a mix. If you need everything on one uniform size, that is a job for the desktop tool, which can scale pages while merging.
An encrypted PDF cannot be read without the password, and this page does not ask for one on purpose — a password box on a web page is exactly the thing you should not trust. Open it once in your PDF reader, save an unprotected copy, then come back.
Visible page content, text and images are preserved. Document-level bookmarks and form fields are not carried over by a browser-side merge, because they point at pages that no longer exist in the new file. On a 200-page manual with a deep table of contents, use the desktop tool.
Several hundred pages is fine on a normal laptop. Scanned documents are the expensive case, because each page is an image: above roughly 100 MB the tab will feel sluggish, and it is better to do that job on the desktop.
This page does three jobs. The desktop tool does thirty-six, offline, in batches — including the ones a browser genuinely cannot do.
